Functional Training: Customized Workout in a Small Group Setting

The Functional Sessions are much like the Private and Duet Sessions with workouts and exercises catered specifically to you.

Duet Training: Customized Workout For Two

Like a Private Session, the Duet Private Training Session is much like a Private Training Session with the workout and exercises catered specifically to you but includes the fun of sharing it with a friend, partner or co-worker.

Pilates Strength: Body Changing

The workout is hard. You work for the results given in a Pilates Strength class. Some say they are more challenging than apparatus classes because you have no help when finding alignment and balance. See for yourself!
